Use the earlier action date
Add the date by which you want to decide or cancel, rather than only the date the trial is expected to end. This gives you a visible buffer if the account process takes longer than expected.
Download a standard calendar event
After calculating a result, select Add to calendar. Trial Deadline creates an .ics file in your browser. Calendar apps such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook can import this common event format.
Choose a reminder that fits your routine
When your calendar app imports the event, you can add its own notification. Consider setting a reminder early enough to give yourself time to review the provider’s terms, especially if the deadline falls on a busy day or in a different time zone.
Privacy note: this site creates the calendar file on your device. Your trial details are not sent to a Trial Deadline account or database.
Review the calendar entry
- Check that the event date matches your planned action date.
- Use a recognisable title, such as “Review [service] trial”.
- Keep the provider’s original email or account page for the actual terms.
