Service names, dates, and settings entered into the calculator are processed locally in your browser. We do not create user accounts or store calculator entries on our servers.

When you copy a share link, the entered values are placed in the URL so the recipient’s browser can reproduce the calculation. Anyone with that URL can read those values. Do not include sensitive information in a service name.

This version of Trial Deadline does not set cookies for calculator functionality and does not include analytics scripts. If we add advertising or analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before those tools are enabled.

Downloading a calendar file happens on your device. If you import it into a calendar provider, that provider’s privacy policy applies. This site is not responsible for third-party websites or services.

We may display third-party advertising in the future. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Visitors can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or opt out through the relevant provider tools, where available. We will update this policy and provide any required consent controls before enabling advertising.
